The entire Saga was initially Capitec Banks fault where monies and notifications were not corresponding, however this i only found out once i got paid in January yet the Bank ''Corrected'Accounts by putting in to a minus without informing me as a client, not an sms a voice call nor an email! Just Pathetic!! I then call into the call centre and make arrangements i am then told that the reversal would happen in 36 hours which i was okay not totally fine with but i had to bare with them as i needed the money for my childs school fees! 52 hours has passed and still no reversal i then caLL IN ENQUIRING ABOUT THE REVERSAL AND MALEBOHENG WHICH I SPOKE TO ON THE 29/01/2013, AROUND 10.10AM ONE OF cAPITECS AGENTS GETS SO UPRUPT ON THE CALL TELLING ME ABOUT HOW IRRESPONSIBLE I AM FOR OVER SPENDING AND THAT ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ETC!!! thIS IS CLEARLY ACCEPTED AT cAPITEC BECAUSE SHE DID NOT THINK TWICE OF UTTERING THESE WORDS TO ME AS A CLIENT AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO DROP THE CALL ONCE I PUT HER ON HER PLACE, iM REALLY DISGUSTED IN THIS SUPPOSED SERVICE DRIVEN COMPANY! tHE MISTAKE WAS MADE BY THE BANK AND THEN ON TOP OF IT I GET ALL BY THERE AGENTS!!! DISGUSTED!!!
