Good my name is linda last month on the 15 august I phoned capitec customer complains to report unauthorised debit by Real people financial services, then a call centre agent advise me to visit a stanger branch for reversal. But the language change when I was in capitec branch, a consultant told me that a debit cannot be reversal, I m so confused and devistated to learn how capitec bank is so pathetic and untrusted banking facility. I'm very dissappointed with capic and I'm deciding to move from capitec and use other banks cos I can't take decision about my bank.
