On the 28 of January i went for a reversal at Capitec and it was done for me, i went again on the 3rd of February the branch manager refused to do a reversal for me, i am tired of Capitec banks drama when it comes to my account and my money, i want my money reversed and i want my account closed i never want to walk into a capitec branch again. that's my money no one has a right to question me about it.
