Worst Service Ever!!

I called capitec four times today trying to sort out a reversal of a debit order that should have never taken place.

i went into the bank after takjubg to a call centre agent, and they said i must write a letter and they will reverse it.

so i went to the bank, and the manager there wouldnt assist me and refused to call the call centre because he asked me who is going to carry the cost. seriously, a client asked to call a call centre and they refuse.

sof ar i have wasted R36 on this pathetic bank and still no resolve to my query as the manager again after speaking to the bank said they would reverse it, refused to call the call centre again and expected me to wait even though he was at fault.

4 people have dealt with this query, 2 of which said since they can see its a first time debit and never ever appeared on my account before it can be reversed and now some other person working there wants another explanation.

capitec needs a wake up call in custimer service and also how to read and speak english properly.

as soon as this is sorted i am closing this account and moving to another bank. people out there must know that this bank is the worst for client service!!
