Poor service and excuses

I recently applied to purchase a laptop through FNB. I was called by Jan Opperman and told I had to RICA my account and move debit orders and recipients over to FNB to complete to application. I did it all. Well my credit rating was not good enough so I could not get the laptop. Yet I received notification on line that I have successfully purchased a laptop. I tried to communicate with this man and he just does not see my point or understand what I am saying.
I left BEEP bank to go to FNB, but they trapped me. If they did a credit check before everything was moved I did not have to change banks. But now I am in their web and stuck there.
Besides that the system is constantly sending text messages on recipients that are being moved over and silly updates.
On recipient that FNB loaded for me online and who I have paid was no uploaded successfully according to a sms I just received.
Their add campaign is good but their service is not, it took over two weeks to move two debit orders over. I had to go into the bank, sit in a line for over and hour, submitted the info yet it took two weeks after that to be in place.
