FAULTY LAPTOP AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a laptop through the bank and it was delivered by courier. Five days later I notice that the laptop cant download, so I phone the bank and they told me to come in with the laptop. There they put me on the phone with the pc technitian Sebastian. He gave me instructions which I followed and at the end the laptop dont want to switch on. He told me to email my particulars to him because they gonna replace the laptop because its a registry fault. He asked me for proof of purchase and the only documents I have is the papers of the bank and the waybill and package numbers. I inform him about it and up to now no response. I even told him that its difficult to send emails from a cellphone which I am using to correspond with them. What I dont understand is that they have my details and that they were paid in full for the laptop.this email sending to and from is now going on for two weeks and Sebastian is just quiet. Please help me to resolve this problem because needs the laptop for his studies.
