Once again i come to hello peter to complain about the service that i am continuesly getting from Vanderbijlpark's prestige banker natasha burger. after a number of requests to move my debit orders about 4-5 months down the line debit orders are still going off on my account. i seriously regret moving to standard bank and would advise anyone else that considering moving not to move to Standard bank as all you get is empty promises. the is nothing prestigious about prestige banking except the cost. i actually want to move back to my old bank where everything was simpler. the only reason i moved to standard bank was because i was told that my home loan would be 100% ifi was a client and well NOT to my suprise that was not the case. i subsequently declined the offer made by std bank. iam disgusted, embarrassed and feel stupid for moving.
