Unfair payout

Hi

I insured my Galaxy Note 2 for the value R9000 of which I was advised by one of the consultant, that I need to take a higher insurance because fones depreciate and newer models may be expensive by the time I claim

Now my fone is damage and I submitted a claim only to be told I can only get a max payout of the current value of the fone which is R6400

I've been paying a premium for the Value of R9000 all this months only to be covered for R6400, this is a total rip off and someone needs to sort this out
