I am unimpressed with Outsurance, I was looking forward to being insured by them and I called them in response to their adverts that they will beat your current insurance premium and if not they will pay you R400, and they tried to beat everything and were eventually successful but my current insurer decreased my premium shortly after that and when calling outsurance they said they will not beat the premium, and that was it they canceled my account with them and said they will not be paying the R400. I do not understand the terms and conditions of the payout as it sounded like they will try everything to beat my current premium and failure of which wodul result in the payout - in the end, they did not beat my current premium and they are not pay out as per their advertising. They need to stop lying to people through their marketing with an attempt to get them to join their insurance - my attempt of joining them were null and void [really disappointed with outsurance]
