24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Refusing to pay the claim

I took out insurance with my MTN contract fone, now it is lost and i completed all the documents required, since then they always come up with excuses not to pay for it. They started by saying it was negligence as it got lost in the office, later they said its because the fone was insured with another number which i never used and MTN also confirmed that, they said i must write a motivation letter and send it to them which i did; now they say it was my responsibility to check if the number was correct on the policy schedule which i never received. Please help me this guys are going all out to frustrate me and my payments are up to date i never gave them problems with payments. I dont understand why i was advised to insure my fone because now when i need help from the insurance they come up with many reasons why they can not pay. I want to believe that what they are doing to me is unacceptable and unlawful.
