Access R9000.00
My access went up from R2000 to R9000 within 1 year, I never claimed from any of my previous insurers.
I had no idea my access went up.. Now time that I need to claim I have a R9000.00 access I didn't know about .. I don't even earn R9000.00 how do I pay this?
Other than that the lady that I spoke to says that there was a letter send to me... I asked for all my info to me emailed to me because of bad post within my area before I took this policy out.
I knew there was an increase on my premium because I could see it in my account statements, I never got a call or an sms saying my access is going up by R9000.00 and this should have been the case and make your customer aware of the access going up.
If this was the case I would of cancel a long time ago because I would never afford this.
This needs to be checked and sorted.. If you ask me this is because the repair on my car is R13.000 if not less.
I would like a responses because I can rather save up the money fixed it up myself and then take this to court and make you guys pay all my premium back and I can use that money to pay my Lawyer.
And trust me I have a Lawyer within my family Brando
