Appauled at pathetic service

I must say I am appauled @ Autopage. I lost my fone on the 28/12/13 and put in a claim for it. When i got the contract the value of my fone was just below R9k so I insure it @ R10k so that in event of claim, I get a good fone like the one I had. I am now being told by Insurance call centre staff that I can't get the fone I requested as a replacement because they are not in the business of enriching people... bad attitude right there! After much disatisfaction and frustration i asked for a manager. Spoke to Jonathan who promised to call me back before close of business on 06/01/14 with the price of my fone when I initially got it... I'm still waiting. Need I mention that I am still without a phone and the phone I use for business purposes. One thing I know is that I am not renewing my contract with Autopage. They take your money for insurance then @ claim stage they give u a million and one stories. They take money from clients for insurance then don't give what they claim to be insuring you for. Cover of up to R10k means one can choose any fone priced from R1 to R9999.99. I'm seriously disgusted... worst at their staff promising to call me back and not doing so.
