Very poor service after card taken by faulty ATM

1. Card swallowed by faulty ATM at bank
2. New card provided.
3. Sign put on machine for some days saying faulty.
4, Went on to internet banking to pay monthly accounts.
5. Not able to access
6. Went into branch Wednesday for help.
7. Information desk normally does this but was sent upstairs
8. Upstairs waited in queue. Was then told to wait.
9. After waiting joined the queue again and asked what was happening.
10. Was told to wait because all phones were busy.
11. I have to be at work so I can earn money to bank with yourselves.
12. Wrote complaint. Went back to work.
13. Was called re complaint on Thursday after hours. Went to voicemail.
14. Was called again Friday morning and told I could come in Monday.
15. I said unfortunately on Monday I am in court, but will try to sort out.
16. Today (Saturday) I have accessed internet banking to reload beneficiary.
17. Could reload, but then refused to let me pay.
18. I wanted to pay R3000, but a message stated that was R3000 too much.
19. Why did all my account details and beneficiaries disappear?
20. Why was I not helped timeously and properly by the Standard Bank staff?
21. Month end accounts are not pd. You are not helping me.
