No initiative to bring forth a way forward

I'm rather disgusted at the level of unprofessional service I've received, Ive been trying to open an account with your bank, I've been told i only need my ID book and a proof of address. The following day i went back to FNB only to be told my proof of address does not state all my names as in the ID book but it is with pure common sense that my names are long and cant not fit, second option? "bring forth a proof with your name and initials". On Saturday i did just that, Now this consultant (Mpho) does not greet with a welcoming smile she greets you while staring at her PC which i found very rude as i work customers. BIG NO! She looked at my details and said my initial is a title if it were a title it would have been addressed as To: Ms RMS Chiloane but its not a title, this consultant does not offer a way forward even after i gave her an example of how a title and initials are written, Not interested at all. The philosophy you have is way different from Mpho's no desire to help what so ever the only desire she has to send away a potential client. Out of curiosity i went to the other 3 major banks and to my surprise they were willing to assist me with the very same PROOF OF ADDRESS.
