Card swallod - no internet banking

I have been a client with standard bank for years. I was in Clearwater mall on Saturday the 25th of may. I used the ATM at Reggies. There was no out of order sign so I used the ATM, and it swallod my card. As I was busy with the bank to stop my card. They guys that put cash in the ATM come out of the back. So I asked them about my card and they gave my card back to me. I got a new debit card for now at the clearwater branch and asked then will it be linked to my internet banking they said yes. I have tried and can not get on to my internet banking. I phone the 0860 123 000 no and spoke to Saxon and he said it will not be linked. All I can do is to re register on internet banking with this card and re load all my accounts to this card no, and then when I get a new cheque card I must load it onto the new card again. So I have to pay my accounts and I can't because I have to wait. This was not my fault I feel standard bank is Inconveniencing me I would a explenation. Or I will move over to another bank.
