How do you ask for a bank account number in quote?

If DIAL DIRECT calls you and want to give you a quote, don't allow them. they are incompetent and do not understand NO is NO after two (2) separate calls.

I received shortly afterwards a E-mail welcoming me to the company. How can I be welcomed if in my opinion I didn't join? Then I called them and asked what was going on. While on the line and this being suppose to be a quote, I tried to find out how much their monthly installment would be if my excess was the same as my current insurer, It ended up more expensive per month and worse cover. Obviously I would stay with my current insurance. The gentleman assured me that he will make sure that it is cancelled.

This morning I see two (20 amounts being deducted from my bank account, R679.81 & R245 . Got on the phone and these people do not know anything about the cancellation of a service i never joined.

I want my money back and I think you need to train your people better in actually doing their jobs correct. Fire these stupid sales consultants that can't do their jobs correctly and go out to people over.

I know my voice will not make a difference i your company, but surely hope you get what is coming to you. Karma...
