I phone dial direct to merge my husbands and my policy and add home content cover, they quote me a higher premium that other insurance but i decided to stay with them as I know them. I only asked for a quote then anything was possible I could cancel the tracker on my husband's car, when I phone back to confirm this I was told that they are not sure If the tracker can be cancelled as it has nothing to do with them!!! Really we pay dial direct ever month not tracker but they lady had an attitude about this and they also told me I should take my husband's car to glass fit but I do not understand why as he is currently insured with them!! Thank you for saving me money as I will be taking my business elsewhere.
