STATUS NOT UPDATED ON ITC

Good Morning

I have requeted that my credit card be closed and ITC status updated but this has not been done as per my request last week saturday. I have been with Nedbank of a year and a few months now and above all the service is really terrible.

which make one think twice about continuing banking with them. I need my ITC status to reflect the Zero on my balance and account status to show closed.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated in this matter. Thanks
