ITC Status Update

Good day.

I quote the response i got. Up until now i have not received a response regarding the confirmation that the status is updated to an close status. Can someone please assist us in this regard. Thank you.

Please be advised that an urgent follow up was send to all credit bureaus to confirm if the account status was changed from paid to closed.

Once confirmation is received I will revert back.
