Status on Credit Bureaus not Changed

I was under debt review.
An agreement was reached for my property to be sold on a Quick Sell.
A new home loan account was opened for the shortfall.
The One Account was therefor closed? May 2012.
I have just done a report on "Credit Dot CoZaa".
My One Account still shows a current balance as R693 207, and the status as Open/Current. It also shows overdue with TransUnion and XDS.
This reflects badly on my current balance on open accounts.
It should be closed and my status updated on all credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian & XDS) as from May 2012.
