I have a loan account that I paid up over two to three months ago. I went to the Durban Branch to have it closed as I saw that my was still being debited from my account. I was promised that it was closed however money has been debited from my account again this month. This is really irritating as I have limited time to go into the branches to sort issues out.
I further asked that my notify me number be changed as I had my numbers changed. This has been changed for withdrawals and deposits only but remained the same for other transactions. This has made life a bit difficult for me as I am unable to process some of my transactions online.
I hate the fact that the product I was sold everything went well however my main reason and issue for going into the branch was not sorted.
ABSA please up your game This is really inconveniencing.
