I applied for a loan in September in hoping to pay for an exam that I was suppose to write. I qualified for the loan and it took about a week to get feedback since they were telling me confirmation needs to be done. But at sales stage a lady by the name Jessica helped me to write up everything and told me that my monthly premium will be R 736.36 (not sure about the cents) then I asked her again to make sure about the premium. I even rounded the premium of to R 737 . Last month I left some money to be taken, they didn't take at all. I called and asked them why didn't they take, they advised me that they will take next month. I told the lady but this contract was suppose to finish by February as per sales call but now its going to be March (REALLY?). So now I have requested a sales call twice and still have not received any feedback from anyone. Miya even asked me who told you that you can request a sales call? I said lady, the person who helped me told me so and at any financial institute, you can request a call. Now my premium i was charged was R 769.67
