Bad Attitude towards a client

My colleague and I entered at Netbank personal loan in andries street, there where three sales consultant which one was busy on the phone and the other one was busy with a client and one was just sitting. I greeted nicely looking at the lady who was not busy with a client and ask her if i should sit at the sits where clients que for service or i should come to her. She answered with a bad attitude asking who the am I because i did not like her attitude i told my colleague that we must just leave. She then shouted at us saying that we do not have respect... i answered back telling her that same to you. She followed us out side swearing at us. Using Bad language. We told her that is not the way she should confront the clients. She continued shouting and swearing at us. I told her that i will report her, She said she do not care.
