Its been about two weeks since this incident happend im using a samsung s 3 and I went to samsung to ask them for assistance on installing the bbm which I was having problems with and they told me i had to go to cell c so that they could assist me. I received such bad attitude from the two consultants. The first guy kept on looking at me with disgust as if I was bothering I told him what what I needed assistance with and he told me that he cannot help me and told me to wait for the other guy who was busy serving other customers. Then he just left me sitting alone..then the other consultant who was a woman she came to me and I told her what I needed and these are the words she said"im sorry I cant help you and as you can see this other consultant is busy his been busy the whole day so he cant help you either and she just continued to do what she was doing. I was very upset because the samsug consultants refered me to the cell store but to my dissapointment they just gave me stinking attitude I then had to go back to Samsung and the had to help me with their wifi connection. Atleast the samsung guys went out of their way and helped me. I even wish to change my service provider!
