My phone got damaged on saturday night. On Sunday morning the 1st of December2013 i went to Protea Glen Mall to mtn shop for booking my phone for repairs. When i entered the shop one lady was busy with other client and the other one was just sitting and busy with a cellphone on her hand, she just lifted her face and said to me, Hi can i help you, i said yes im here to book for my phone for repairs. She answered with an attitude and unfriendly manner and tone, saying that they dont take phones for repairs on weekends i must come back during the week, then i asked her to phone Protea Gardens Mall or Maponya Mall and found that if i can bring my phone there, she said she cant because she doesnt have the numbers i must phone them myself, she wrote me the Maponya's number on a rough piece of paper and contiuned with what she was doing on her cellphone. I have been a client for mtn for years now and i have 2 contract deals and insurance, but the services i got from Protea Glen Mall it was disgusting. The consultant was not PROFESSIONAL and she HAD NO NAME BADGE ON, she is light in complexion and dreadlocks. On Monday 2nd December i drove to Morning Side to take in my phone, am very unhappy
