Why am i told my card is bad debt

My credit card with you is always going up and im not using it and im paying on time. some rude lady at your call centre just told me my account is recorded as a bad debt account yet i pay every mouth and i don't skip payments. next thing you putting me at itc for nothing and messing with my credit rating for nothing. please fix this and remove my name as a bad debt person. why must you do this to me like i have not been paying you and to put me as bad debt is so cruel of you
