LAZY EMPLOYEES WITH BAD ATTITUDE

I called to ask for their acc no and reference number for my acc so that i could pay directly into their bank, the lady who answered the phone said i must leave my number and she'll get back to me, which i did, but after about an hour of her not coming back to me i called again. this time i spoke to another lady who told me that she's still busy with a customer i should call back later. When i called later she was still busy and could not help me because she cant go out of the system. I then called 1023 to ask for the number for any house and home that could help me, but apparently no store can help you if you had not opened the account from them. I called the following day and a guy who calls himself Nkopodi answered, when i told him what i was looking for he told me to call back after 5 min, or i should leave my number and he will call back after 5 min. I refused and told him that i had already left my number yesterday already but no-one got back to me. His attitude was very bad and he said i'm not the only customer of H&H, if i dont want to leave my number its my problem, and he was very rude saying that. The staff in Witbank is rude and lazy. Shooo, i'm so disappointed.
