I went to the bank at 16:30 to ask for 1 day notification on my just save account, this consultant had a client when I walked in, then she consulted with the old man in front of me, firstly I didn't like the attitude she displayed, I don't care how illiterate a person is, you still need to serve him in a professional manner. Am not sure if the system was slow or what, she just left the old man there, went to greet a lady on the floor cheat chatting about holidays and kids and all of that, then she came back to her desk, whilst still busy, 2 walked in clients went to her asking her what must they do as they've been sent from the court or police station to get a letter from the bank (something of that sort), she responded to them whilst still in consultation with the old man, telling them to put down their names on the attendance list (that really made me angry, and I told myself am going to confront her regarding that), after the consultation I thought it was my turn, she packed up and tidy her desk and went to the back room, no acknowledgment of what so ever, i went to the enquiries quee at 5:20pm & served at 5:30. She just gave me the IDC attitude, am still disappointed.
