I phoned the hr company to do work confirmation for my client. When first the guy who picked up the phone transfered my colleague to Thapelo, who couldn't even tell her from when the client started working there!!! The start date for the people working for them isn't on the systems! She then asked me to phone, Because we need to confirm start date and period of employment, then the guy told me when he picked the phone up and I asked for HR that he can put me through to the HR but no one will answer because they don't want to speak to anyone!!! I'm sorry but how the can they just do that??? then I asked him nicely keeping my temper, how they can work that way, then he told me in his attitude that they work and will keep on working the way they want to, and then he just hang up the phone, when i called back there was a lady who answered who told me the guy who works at switchboard just went on lunch!! in one minute he just vanishes to lunch??? when I said I was going to hello peter because the service is un exceptable she told me to go rite ahead because nothing will happen to them, they are the employees and they can do what they want, and hanged up the phone!
