I have two accounts with bayport, Ref: 1308528001 & Ref: 1308528001, both the money has been deducted on my salary since March 2011 until now, what suprises me is that i tried calling Bayport to find out exactly what was my initial balance at first, to my suprise the lady assisted me told me that the initial balance on Acc Ref: 1308528001 was R 13996.26 that they sent to my employer and that they must deduct an amount of R785.63 every month, but up until today the money that has been deducted so far is R19 640.75 and i still owe them R4204.48. On Ref: 1308528002 the balance is R400.46 and to date i have already paid R11 160.00. Meaning there is no balance on this accounts, i am gonna pay until i die, again what suprises me is that on the one where i pay R785.63 the interest are way to much higher almost like R500 and meaning there wont be any difference on my accounts. My employer cant tell me how much is the balance, same as bayport, so must i enquire about my balance. Can you please sort this out with me and refund me what i have paid more.
