I am my way to take Bayport to court. According to my knowledge I only owe them about R4000 after payment instalments for more than 2 years for a mere R5000 that I borrowed. The balance that I paid back already amounts up to R12 000 and going. This month I found out that they started deducting instalments again from my salary and now there is another balance of more than R9000 on top of the R4000 that I'm still paying.
I don't know who gave them authority to garnish me because I never signed any agreement with them. I'm taking you to court, you are a bunch of criminlas who exploits vulnerable people. Mark my words, I will expose you!
