I have lodged on Hellopeter before this very complaint.. yet it continues. My accounts are up to date, and have been for the past 5 months.
Yet since the 13th of January Bayport are calling me on an average of 3 times a day to tell my that my account is in arrears.
My accounts were sorted out by the Credit Ombudsman as they were the only ones capable of dealing with Bayport.
There has to be a legal way of putting a stop to these harrassing calls. I am going to take it further now as enough is enough. This has been going on all in all for more than a year.
