In 2009, i applied for cellphone contract which later I wanted to cancel then i was told contract will not be cancelled. Am currently be garnished and paying R299.00 per month since 2011 May todate. An amount paid to Bayport is more than the cappital amount I was supposed to pay which is R 4334 and amount paid currently is R 7774.00. and the balance claimed to be R 1580.00. please help me.
