I would like to lodge a complaint against Bayport Financial Service for an account that i paid up last year November which still reflects on ITC as Current balance of R12000. I have called Bayport several times with regards to this matter but i still have no feedback.
If my account has been paid up and i have all the proof of payments why does my Status still says current balance of 12 000 instead on Zero value. I would like for this to be sorted on ITC as this account was settled last year already. I have asked for this account to be closed as well, please sort this out urgently.
