Incorrect sms warnings - pathetic service

I am nearly at the end of my 2 year contract with Bayport Cellular. I have for the past month or so been receiving sms and phonecalls from these incompetent people, stating that I have made an arrangement for a payment and havent met my obligations, meanwhile my monthly subsription has been met on a regular basis. i then receive another sms after querying the first (happy that my balance is in fact zero) stating that Bayport is disappointed as my arrangement was not met. I have a balance of R8.37 and today receive ANOTHER sms stating I must please make a payment as my account is once again in arrears by R448.99! I phoned Bayport and the lady says she doesnt know but will send me a statement, i receive my statement and my balance is indeed R8.37. What is one supposed to do??? I find this highly upsetting and quite disgusting as a financial institute that works and takes other peoples money, and who are very quick to threaten with ITC for their own (Bayport) mistakes...
