How long does it take for FNB to respond

On the 17/10/2013 I asked my branch of FNB to query with Forex Dept why they charged R42.40 commission on a pension cheque. Not an unreasonable request. As of today's date they have still not responded even though they have been advised by email twice. I have had problems in the past with the same department and found their attitude similar to that of the Department of Home Affairs. Tells a story that.
