I gave my one months notice in January and my last day at work was second of February. I phoned the pension department and they tell me they on received my documents today 15 /03/13, i asked the lady to give me the tracking no. to trace with the courier service company, they told me that the parcel was collected at my branch in 13/03/13 and delivered at the pension dept 15/03/13 now what confuses me is that my branch says they sent the forms on 25/01/13 and when i track them they were delivered at the pensions department on 28/01/13 .Bottom line i have to wait another two months now to receive my pension and i have bills and school fees to pay and a family to feed. It is not fair somebody did wrong they have to rectify this and speed up this process, i am very dissapointed and frustrated right now . not fair not fai
