Long story short, i sent an email to all email address's available on the Home Affairs website.
It was a request for someone to get in touch with me regarding my Permenant Residency, and also to tell them how useless their call center is.
I told them in the email that someone must contact me to sort this out and that the entire applicatin has been a up from the start.
This is the only response i got from everyone i emailed which was from Mkuseli Apleni...
' up to you for not including any thing like your reference number or passport number for us to track your application.'
Where i quite clearly had...
'Can someone phone me and try to assist me. I have all the details you could possibly need - ref no, case no, passport no, application no.'
in my email to them.
This is just childish and disrespectful.
Home Affairs are leaders of the country and should be leading be example!
I am still waiting for anyone from Home Affairs to get in touch with me.
