Commision issue still unresolved

It has now been over a month that I have corresponded with FNB Merchant in connection with my Speed Point account that is deducting a Min Commission Fee way more than what I have been paying. I paid about R350.00 every month on Commission & device rental the past year. Suddenly since May 2013 my Commission & Device Rental is now R 645.15 per month. I asked to receive my statements on this account and minutes after I did get it via email. I phone and asked why the commission has escalated so drastically and FNB keeps saying that it's a minimum charge on the account, How on earth can that be a minimum charge! Last year my turnover was higher some months and still I never paid so much. I also find it very disturbing that Candy keeps responding to my emails without reading what I actually was asking! I then get an email saying "This query is logged to our Queries Department who will advise you further in this matter". This was 3 weeks ago and still no reply. FNB you big time!
