I am writing this report on behalf of my husband, who has lodged a claim with Metal industries in May 2011 after his retrenchment with Xmeco company in Port Elizabeth (Engineering company). All the necessary documents were submitted more than once but till to date there's no feedback nor response from them.
Will you please assist us with the claim as we are struggling to get through the company at their call centre number.
