Mibfa owe alot of people money from Surplus fund. My dad passed away in 2011. Since January 2012 my mother struggles to get the beneficiary surplus fund to pay out. Always excuses and then this and then that. We did resend the paperwork again in January 2013 and still no feedback.
No suddenly they don't answer any phones and there not even a e mail address. This is pathetic to think my dad was a member to them for 48 years now they customers money and don't do as they promised to pay out.
How long must we wait for moneys that was payed to your company and now we must beg for our money's??? Also spend hundreds on telephone cost to get hold of a dead company. This is pathetic service and this after they took money from members for so long.
I truly hope they start catching a wake up and do they work
