Disgusting Service

Old Mutual is so incompetent with their agents blaming the systems which never seems to work accurately. I have to call numerous times telling them the same thing that my debit order date should be the 25th of each month. And they would just submit a debit order on any day they feel like it, at times it messes up my bank account with returned debit orders that I have to pay for or even inconvenience me by taking my last cent. It has got to a point that cannot tolerate this nonsense, i just want to cancel both my policies. Their call centre is even worse. its hopeless. I went to Jabulani Mall they couldnt help me and sent me to Protea Gardens where I waited for more than and hour then only consultant couldnt assist as well. She made a mistake on the payment holiday a pplied for and said she will fix it the following day which she didnt. I just want to cancel both my policies. Im done. Please send me cancellation forms.
