Kindly assist, I have a problem wtih the company by the name of MIBFA in South Africa.
company doesnt seem to be eligible. They are supposed to be an administration company for pension and surplus funds. Their call centre number is forever faulty or you stay on the line listening onto voice prompt for 2 - 3 hours flat. Their branches are unhelpfull as you always go through to the fax line - and when fortunately gone to the receptionist - They are very much uncivilised. please help.
