i'm writing this report on behalf of my father, whoom has lodged a claim with Metal industries in February of 2013 when he stopped working fo his former employer (D & H engeneering).
The claim does not seem to be anywhere close to being resolved and we are worried that there may be some occuring as each an every consultant we talk to through their call centre has a different story to tell.
I've also been escalated the matter to the alleged manager in the area Ernest Masoga whoom advised that the matter was being referred to SARS and payout would occur last week.
This morning i could not get through to him and the consultant i spoke to advises me that they have just recently requested a Pledge cancellation from the bank (SBSA) and that this process may take an additional 4 to 5 months to be finalised.
This is quite ridiculas as, it's already been 7 months in waiting for the claim to be payed out and one questions the competence of the people dealing with the claim as far as what was being done all this time if they are only attending to this cliaim now.
in the meantime he has a host of creditors on his back, whoom no longer believe him.
We need urgeny answers
