Two years and still claim not processed

We submitted a surplus fund claim in 2011. It took them a year to process the id doc. We went through and hand delivered EVERYTHING they requested. Now we get a letter from Angeline Mabizela requesting the docs we submitted over and over already. Trying to get someone to help is another thing you are greeted with a bad attitude and u just cannot get to speak to someone in charge. When I phone I need to prompt them to look at the system to see that they have received the docs then its OOO ok yes we have it but it will take another couple of months to process them. It seems as if they have no process they follow. Just to get someone to answer the phone is a miracle.
