My father passed away in October 2010, we applied with the metal industry 2012 for my father's surplus fund with no feedback. today i call and the call centre agent tell me i have to wait a further 6 weeks for statements to be emailed to me, then i would need to fill out forms again and post them off to them. I don't understand why I should post any information when everything was supplied by our lawyers and was post then in August of 2013. this is an unnecessary wait and delay for no reason.
