Last year November i was at Metal industries in JHB 42 Anderson Street to submit my Provident forms for a claim. I phoned them and the Lady that i spoke to said that the MOney will be in my account by the first week of January 2013, today is the 13th Of February and still nothing was paid into my Account. 4 months later. I dont know what the Status is of my Claim because when i phone the metal industries number it doesnt go through or it just keeps on ringing, I am so fed up with the type of Service that i am experiencing with MIBFA.
I cant see any other way to get hold of them and have tried everything possible!!!
