I am a new client of Nedbank. As soon as I transferred funds into my account and used my card at a pay point or 2 there was on my account and after a bit of trouble with Nedbank's slow process to get the investigation started the following people stepped up and really helped out, as I was stranded without a cent on my name at the beginning of a month with bills to pay and food to buy. They sorted the problem out within 4 working days and gave me positive feedback. The matter is still under investigation and they are sorting it out but they helped and assisted in a friendly way and made it priority and in that way some of the money was refunded already. I just want to thank you all and the teams behind you that assisted. As a new client this looked bad for Nedbank and I wanted to close my accounts but you showed with friendly service and a quick response that I can trust Nedbank and keep my accounts with them.
