As first-time home buyers, my wife and I recently applied for a home loan from FNB and multiple other financial institutions. After a bit of a rocky start which made me start doubting FNB's claim to fame, FNB and Sindi in particular really went the extra mile with my application. I was kept in the loop from the start, my emails were responded to promptly and I even got Sindi's cell phone number to call her when I needed. In the end, FNB was the only bank who took my individual financial situation into consideration and here I sit with a 100% approval while the other banks haven't even gotten back to me. Sindi was great at all times even explaining things to us about the home-buying process which has nothing to do with her or the bank and should have been explained to us by the estate agent or lawyers. 10/10 service all the way, thank you Sindi!
