Called your office this morning to advise that I would be travelling overseas on Thursday and to obtain authorisation to use my credit card on my travels. I received the most fantastic service from one person who put me through to all the relevant people to assist with transferring funds, insurance cover, enquiries about my new debit debit card me while she held on with me and I got to the various departments to assist me.
I can only compliment both FNB and Cathy Witten who made this so easy for me and answered all my questions and assisted with speaking to the relevant people who in turn assisted me in the most efficient manner that I have ever experienced from any Bank.
